OXFORDSHIRE MANSION

The model was commissioned during the build. It was to assist the new residents in familiarising themselves with the surroundings and determining the necessary furniture and decor for their new home.

I created walkthroughs of the house, which I shared via YouTube. This platform is very convenient, allowing everyone involved in the project easy access to the videos

3D walkthroughs are useful for several reasons:

1. VISUALISATION
They provide a realistic and immersive experience, allowing viewers to visualize the layout, design, and flow of the house as if they were walking through it in person.

2. UNDERSTANDING SPACE
Walkthroughs help potential buyers or clients understand the spatial arrangement of rooms, the size of each area, and how different spaces connect to each other.

3. DESIGN EVALUATION
They allow architects, designers, and homeowners to evaluate the design choices, furniture placement, and overall aesthetics of the house before construction or renovation begins.

4. DECISION MAKING
Walkthroughs help clients make informed decisions about design options, materials, finishes, and furnishings by providing a clear understanding of how these elements will look and feel in the space.

5.COMMUNICATION
They serve as effective communication tools between architects, designers, builders, and clients, facilitating better understanding and collaboration throughout the design and construction process.

6. MARKETING
Walkthroughs can be used as marketing tools to showcase properties to potential buyers or renters, allowing them to explore the house remotely and generating interest in the property.

7. FEEDBACK

They enable stakeholders to provide feedback and suggestions for improvements early in the design process, reducing the need for costly changes later on.

8. ACCESSABILITY
Walkthroughs can be easily shared online or via mobile devices, making them accessible to a wide audience anytime, anywhere.
